Alejandra is a medical student at the University of Saskatchewan and holds a Bachelor of Health Studies degree from the University of Regina. She is passionate about patient advocacy and partnership in research. In 2021, she completed the Patient and Community Engagement Research (PaCER) program through the University of Calgary. Since then, she has been involved with a wide variety of projects in the role of a patient partner. As an IMPaCT youth mentor, Alejandra hopes to leverage her lived experience to promote accessible, patient-centered research.
