SUMMIT REIMBURSEMENT

IMPaCT will cover the following expenses for current IMPaCT fellows, mentors, parent/youth partners, invited speakers, and planning committee members. If you're unsure whether your expenses will be covered, please contact us at impactrials@gmail.com

• Roundtrip economy airfare to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), up to $1,000.

• Ground transportation (taxi, Uber, or shuttle) between the airport and the hotel/meeting venue, up to $100 (receipts required).

• Hotel accommodations for up to 3 nights (November 17–20, 2025).

• Parking at the meeting venue for local attendees (receipts required).

• Meals, snacks, and beverages while in transit, up to $100 per day (receipts required).

MICYRN (on behalf of IMPaCT) will process all reimbursements after the event. Please retain all relevant receipts, as credit card statements are not sufficient.
