2024 Annual Summit Travel Information
June 3-4, 2024 | Sheraton Wall Centre, Vancouver, BC
IMPaCT will cover the following expenses for its Mentors, salary-awarded fellows, and invited speakers. If you aren’t sure if IMPaCT will cover your expenses, please send us an email – impactrials@gmail.com
Roundtrip economy flights to Vancouver International Airport (YVR) up to $1000. Business class will not be refunded.
Roundtrip shuttle service from Vancouver Airport to the Sheraton Wall Centre up to $100.
Accommodations for the duration of the symposium (June 2-6, 2024).
Parking at the Sheraton Wall Centre for local delegates.
Meals, drinks, or snacks while in transit up to $100 per day.
There is no registration fee for anyone to attend the IMPaCT Summit this year. However, if you choose to attend CNPRM or other sessions the registration fee will be at your own expense.
Accommodations
IMPaCT Fellows and Mentors are being asked to stay at the Sheraton Wall Centre. Those who choose to stay elsewhere, will not have their accommodations reimbursed.
Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre

IMPaCT Fellows & Mentors – a link to book your accommodations will be emailed to you. Please note that a credit card will be required for the reservation; however, accommodations will be billed to our master account. You will only be charged for incidentals and damages.
Airfare
IMPaCT Fellows – Airfare will be arranged and prepaid for on your behalf. The IMPaCT Network Administrator will email you to confirm your travel arrangements.
IMPaCT Mentors – Kindly book your airfare and submit for reimbursement by July 12, 2024.
Meals, Drinks, or Snacks
We will reimburse receipts submitted up to a max of $100/day.
Shuttle/Parking
Receipts are to be provided for reimbursement following the summit.
