• Current IMPaCT fellows, mentors, and parent/youth partners (cost covered): You are responsible for booking your room and providing a credit card for incidental charges only. Accommodations for those who choose to stay elsewhere without prior approval will not be reimbursed.

• Partner organizations: You are responsible for booking your room, and costs will be covered according to the terms of our partnership agreement.

• Past fellows, partner organizations, and general admission attendees: You are responsible for booking and covering your costs.

Airfare

• Current IMPaCT fellows and parent/youth partners (cost covered): Airfare can be arranged and prepaid on your behalf. Alternatively, you may book your airfare and submit the receipt for reimbursement. Please confirm your preferred option when registering.

• Mentors and invited speakers (cost covered): Please book your airfare and submit the receipt for reimbursement.

• Past fellows, and general admission attendees: You are responsible for booking and covering your airfare costs.
